A Charge is a form of security for the payment of a debt or performance of an obligation.

It is an interest in land securing the payment of money or money’s worth or the fulfillment of any condition.

At Mwangi Kiai, while working with banking institutions, Saccos and private renders, we ensure that the process is executed efficiently and swiftly to ensure that we deliver on time and as per the instructions.
